Email and notifications
Send templated emails and in-app notifications from a workflow. Keep outgoing messages linked to their records, with delivery history and sent or failed status.
Documents and change history
Attach files to the records they belong to. Capture who changed a record and what changed, so the evidence stays with the work.
Application data for AI assistants
The built-in MCP server gives compatible assistants read-only access through the user’s account and permissions. Claude Desktop support lets you query QC records, stock and SAP documents or prepare summaries.
